letters to my son . october 2014

Dear my Little E,

Happy Birthday! You turned 3 this month. We’ve been talking about your birthday coming up for quite sometime, since your Daddy’s birthday in August and it’s finally here. You were so excited about it.

We had a day full of fun planned for your special day. We went bowling with the family, we went to the arcade and even managed to fit a quick Disneyland trip at night. Your birthday party was three days later. Since you’ve been obsessed with Easter eggs we had an egg themed party for you this year. Your cake was decorated with colorful eggs icing, your birthday banner was egg shaped, your Grandmother and I made some paper mache eggs filled with with favors for you and your friends and Auntie Cindy made an egg shaped watermelon fruit bowl. We had an Easter egg hunt in October for you and your friends and you were so excited and happy all day.

You are a sweet, loving, confident boy. You are smart, funny and kind. I hope you know that you are loved, always and forever.
